San Pedro Sula Implements Dry Law for Easter Holiday

The Municipality of San Pedro Sula has announced that a dry law will be in effect throughout the city and surrounding areas during the Easter holiday. The ban on alcohol sales will begin at 6:00 AM on Good Friday, March 29, 2024, and will remain in place until 6:00 AM on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024.
According to a statement issued by the municipality, the dry law will be enforced in all urban and rural areas within the jurisdiction of the Central District. The ban includes the sale, consumption, and transport of alcoholic beverages.
The municipality urges residents and visitors to respect the dry law and avoid any violations. Enforcement authorities will be present throughout the affected areas to ensure compliance.
